">Operational Excellence Specialist

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through process optimization and improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement, design and implement efficient processes, and measure their impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain process maps and flowcharts to visualize workflows
  • Conduct data analysis to measure the effectiveness of current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless integration
  • Design and document new process procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow design principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
