
Process Improvement Manager

Your primary focus will be on identifying areas for improvement within our handling and distribution operations, implementing cost-effective changes, and promoting profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, develop action plans, and track progress towards goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a key liaison between engineering staff and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Providing specialized engineering services to support regional and country-wide operations, including facilities, equipment, and network management.
- Developing and implementing industrial engineering techniques and methodologies to drive service excellence, process improvements, and productivity gains.
- Collaborating with teams to create short- and long-term plans for facilities, equipment, and network development.
- Assisting in training programs to enhance local staff capabilities and promote knowledge sharing.
- Conducting regular reviews of vendor performance and collaborating with procurement teams to ensure efficient contract management.
- Liaising with vendors to address operational needs and coordinating logistics for seamless transactions.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office and Visio, with experience in using tools like AutoCAD.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in process optimization, material handling, or a related field, with a strong background in industrial engineering principles and practices.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects and initiatives.
