Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Patient Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize your skills in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and position our offerings effectively.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct initial conversations with prospects, understand their needs, and develop strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team by leveraging your negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare or B2B sales.
  • Experience working with medical professionals or in healthcare tech.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to handle objections.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Notion and self-motivation.
  • Results-driven and highly organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
