Job Role

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Agency Operations Specialist.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring Agency Supervisors and Area Coordinators in building strong relationships with key store personnel, agency screening, training, and development.
  • This includes evaluating training and development programs of Key Agency Personnel to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to strengthen relationships with key store personnel through regular store visits in assigned territory.

The successful candidate will possess a passion for learning and career growth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills and business acumen, basic marketing (4Ps) and computational skills, knowledge of Cost Benefit Analysis and Basic Marketing Research techniques, and willingness to do fieldwork and be assigned anywhere.

Responsibilities
  • Promotions and Sales Program Execution: Ensure systems like Kamustahan, KRA Checking and Evaluation are followed and maximized to resolve in-store merchandising concerns promptly.
  • Recruit manpower and materials needed for projects/promotions in coordination with partner agencies and suppliers.
  • Manage Point of Purchase displays, including shelf talkers, headers, wobblers, mass displays, product highlights, special displays, decals, and special containers.
  • Suggest operational improvements in availability, visibility, merchandising, promotion execution, and Bad Order management.
Process Improvement Initiatives
  • Create standard Business Continuity Procedures for Area Coordinators at the store level to ensure productivity during store visits.
  • Develop pilot and stretch programs to test new processes improving availability, visibility, merchandising, and promo execution for growth and profit.
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain good record-keeping systems and complete routine reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of required reports by Partner Agencies.
