Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving business growth by managing existing accounts and acquiring new enterprise clients. This role focuses on building strong, long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs. The Relationship Manager ensures customer satisfaction, achieves sales and revenue targets, and contributes to the company's overall growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage base accounts by addressing queries and fulfilling new requirements.
  • Acquire new accounts ("new logos") to achieve business growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively position solutions.
  • Research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Provide consultative support and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize account potential.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns to maintain high service satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or Entrepreneurship (or related fields).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Telco sales, with a strong background in relationship management and acquisition of enterprise or corporate accounts.
