Job Overview

This role involves providing technical assistance to clients in Mandarin and English. As a member of the Treasury Services Solution Center, you will be part of a global team responsible for delivering 24/7 support services for transaction initiation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and internal case transfer in a timely manner.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure their needs are met when working with business partners.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues, processing failures, and transactional inquiries.
  • Partner with leadership, team members, and business partners to resolve client issues and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin; strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical support experience.
  • Self-motivated and self-managing, with sound judgment and effective decision-making skills.
