Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing patient communication: Responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Gathering information: Obtaining and recording detailed client data, including personal details, location, and symptoms or chief complaints.
  • Scheduling appointments: Booking same-day or urgent appointments based on patient needs and coordinating appointment times with doctors.
  • Doctor coordination: Determining and assigning the appropriate doctor for each case based on patient symptoms, location, and timing.
  • Communication & Follow-Up: Sending confirmation details and informative follow-ups to patients and doctors.
  • Post-appointment follow-up: Reaching out to patients to confirm their issue was addressed and they are satisfied with the service.

You will also be responsible for resolving logistical issues that may occur during the intake or appointment process, such as handling scheduling conflicts or delays, and troubleshooting technical difficulties.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, patient intake, or call center role.
  • Excellent communication skills: Fluent English proficiency, with a clear speaking voice and strong written communication.
  • Customer-centric approach: A genuine passion for helping people and providing outstanding service.
  • Organizational skills: Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Tech savvy: Comfortable using technology to facilitate workflow.
