Job Title: Client Service Liaison

In our fast-paced and collaborative environment, we are seeking a Client Service Liaison to support the Client Management team in executing client service and performance marketing functions. This entry-level position offers exposure to account management, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.

As a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, you will monitor communications, execute tasks related to campaign and budget management, and ensure timely and accurate reporting. Your role will directly impact client success by enabling your team to deliver exceptional service and marketing performance.

  • Monitor and respond to client communications, escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Take detailed call notes, assign follow-ups, and document updates in CRM systems.
  • Support day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Extract, prepare, and monitor campaign performance data from various platforms.
  • Assist in tracking budgets, including vendor allocations and monthly reconciliations.
  • Review and help reconcile invoices prior to client billing.
  • Manage internal tickets to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Partner with client finance and internal stakeholders to support media plan execution.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant academic or professional experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or media buying.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity, problem-solving, or analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently.
  • Technically and mathematically inclined and able to problem-solve in digital platforms.
