APAC Learning Program Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage APAC learning programs for bilingual audiences. The ideal candidate will schedule sessions, coordinate facilitators, track attendance, and provide participant support in both English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Language Support: Bilingual communication for manufacturing training programs, participant assistance.
  • Regional Management: Optimize sessions for Asia-Pacific time zones, liaise with vendors, manage participant service desk.
  • Quality & Backup: Document processes, provide cross-program support, ensure coverage during peak periods.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain high-level customer service, prepare regional reports, communicate with stakeholders.
Critical Skills/Experience
  • Team coordination and management
  • Vendor liaison experience
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a contract role lasting 8 months with possible extension. The working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, from 8 AM to 5 PM (SGT).
