Responsibilities:

  • Translation and Interpretation: Accurately translate and interpret written and spoken communication, documents, and presentations between Tagalog, English and Chinese.
  • Coordination and Liaison: Facilitate communication between internal teams, Chinese clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Project Management: May oversee translation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and quality of translated materials.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese partners and clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and/or Traditional Chinese and English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of cross-cultural communication and business practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing translation projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to translation and communication.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
