GeBBS Healthcare Solutions Inc. We are looking for a professional who can design and implement new pay and benefits programs, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements
Responsibilities:
- Provides centralized human resource services, on Philippines' government-mandated benefits such as SSS, EC, Phil health, and Pag-big; local benefits programs, and benefit invoice management.
- Ensures the timely facilitation and processing of employees' applications for government loans and all other APAC government-mandated benefits.
- Prepares monthly statutory reports. Ensures accurate and timely posting of messages to government offices
- Coordinates with Payroll on remittances/reimbursements from different government agencies.
- Handles benefit-related invoice management, such as but not limited to coordination with Vendors and Finance, preparation of invoices, and consolidation of reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRDM or any related course
- 2-5 years of HR Benefits experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
