HR Officer

Hybrid: Once a Week On-site Reporting

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic HR Officer who can take full ownership of the HR function—from recruitment to culture-building. This role is perfect for someone who's strategic, data-driven, and unafraid to bring fresh ideas to the table. You'll work closely with leadership to design policies, attract top talent, and keep our people engaged in a thriving company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles.
  • Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs that drive retention and morale.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Administer payroll and government-mandated benefits.
  • Prepare and present data-driven HR reports to guide decision-making.
  • Provide insightful recommendations to management on talent, culture, and organizational improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven 3-5 Years of HR experience covering recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, proactive personality.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data for recommendations.
  • Comfortable collaborating with management and constructively challenging ideas when needed.

Work Setup

  • Hybrid: Primarily work-from-home with 1 day onsite in Salcedo, Makati each week.
