Help Desk Specialist

In this role, you will provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist in the onboarding process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot IT issues such as login problems, password resets, and remote access issues.
- Provide tech support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in the onboarding of customers onto our platform by creating walkthrough workflows and FAQs.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM and keep records up to date.
- Use our ticket system to track service requests and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year proven experience as a Technical Support Representative.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
