We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Help Desk Analyst. As a member of our Support Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing technical assistance and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
* Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with IT service management software (e.g., JIRA)
