Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via phone, email, or chat. This includes responding to incoming calls, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Educate customers on product features and functionality
  • Document customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
