About the Opportunity:Our partner is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing key customer accounts, reviewing incoming orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities:- Manage high-value client accounts with vendor-side account management as priority
- Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform with precision and attention to detail
- Routecommunicate with clients via email/Slack as needed and handle escalations
- Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation, ensuring timely execution of project milestones
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise
- At least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
- B2B account management skills with strong communication abilities in English
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
