Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Finance Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing transactions, and providing support to finance and accounting teams.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers, track receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.

3. Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
4. Prepare and send invoices to customers, track receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.
5. Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
6. Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring balances, preparing cash forecasts, and initiating transfers as needed.
7. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
8. Compile financial data and generate reports for internal stakeholders and external parties as required.
9. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by gathering data, analyzing trends, and inputting information into financial models.
10. Monitor budget variances and provide support in analyzing and explaining discrepancies.
11. Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
12. Maintain records of expenditures and reconcile expense accounts on a regular basis.
13. Support finance and accounting teams with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
14. Assist in coordinating audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance activities.
15. Provide support in using financial software and systems, including troubleshooting issues and generating reports.
16. Assist in system upgrades, data migrations, and process improvements as needed.
17. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls by following established policies and procedures.
18. Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in financial transactions or records.
19. Assist in conducting financial analysis and ad hoc projects to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 5 years' experience in financial management, accounting, or controller roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP), financial reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial software applications, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and adherence to deadlines in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities while meeting business objectives.
