Job Description

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity of global education by providing world-class technical support and expertise to our clients. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, improving learning outcomes for students and educators alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch technical support via telephone, email, and chat to clients experiencing escalated technical issues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Turnitin's products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Identify and report trends and issues to improve support processes and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create comprehensive training materials and support resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-centric culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
