Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide advanced technical support to our customers, resolving complex software and hardware issues.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Resolve technical issues related to software and hardware applications.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in providing technical support, preferably in an ITIL-aligned environment.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
- Familiarity with service desk ticketing tools.
