Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and instant messaging
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Analyze and diagnose complex technical problems
- Develop and implement effective solutions to technical issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
