This role is a critical part of our organization, responsible for leading direct video interactions with international clients. The Account Lead will coach and develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants, shape the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing, and build lasting partnerships with clients across global markets.

- Guide new clients and assistants through smooth onboarding experiences to facilitate their integration into our team.
- Handle support matters with a solutions-first approach, providing timely assistance to address client concerns and issues.
- Turn client feedback into actionable improvements to enhance our services and products.
- Built strong, lasting client relationships through proactive communication and regular updates.
- Coach assistants to deliver exceptional services by providing ongoing training, coaching, and feedback.
- Create personalized growth plans for team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation within the team, encouraging collaboration and idea exchange.
- Track and celebrate performance wins to recognize individual and team achievements.
- Turn challenges into learning opportunities to promote personal and professional growth.
- Test-drive new features in our proprietary software to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic feedback for product enhancement.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in our operations.
- Pioneer new ways of delivering value to clients through innovative solutions and services.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential for daily collaboration with global teams.
- 1-2 years leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
- 1-2 years of account management or client experience, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- A tech-savvy mindset with quick learning abilities to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Natural talent for building relationships through video calls, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
