Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Insights Professional to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis and interpretation, as well as exceptional communication skills.

About the Role

This is a client-facing position that involves working closely with internal stakeholders to design scalable insight engines and prototype decision-support systems. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex data into actionable insights and deliver strategic presentations to clients.

  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards and cohort trackers to reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic recommendations to clients through clear and compelling narratives
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling and client-facing analytics skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools, with the ability to build intuitive and visually engaging dashboards
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates with:

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or recovery analytics
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and/or cloud-native data environments
  • Exposure to forecasting, predictive modeling, or experimental design (A/B testing)
