Client Success Strategist

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our virtual assistance services. As a Client Success Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of client satisfaction and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead direct video interactions with international clients to foster strong relationships
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants to drive success
  • Bridge the gap between clients and VAs to ensure seamless partnerships, resolving conflicts when necessary
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and challenges, preventing churn
  • Create pathways for assistant growth and development to elevate performance
Your Day-to-Day Impact:
  • Client Partnership Excellence: Establish deep client relationships by comprehending their business objectives and pain points
  • Virtual Assistant Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of 5-8 virtual assistants serving multiple client accounts, promoting collaboration and efficiency
  • Bridge & Problem-Solving Excellence: Resolve communication breakdowns between clients and VAs, ensuring prompt issue resolution and maintaining positive relationships
Requirements:
  • Proven EA/VA Experience - Demonstrated experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients (US/AU preferred)
  • Client Management Experience - Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business owners or executives, including effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership/Supervisory Experience - Any experience managing, training, or coordinating with other people, including BPO team lead roles, is highly valued
  • Excellent English Communication - Professional-level written and verbal English for executive interactions, including report writing and presentation skills
  • Business Acumen - In-depth understanding of how businesses work and what drives client satisfaction, including market trends and competitor analysis
