We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Engagement and Sales Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective client engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to lawyers and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the consultation process.
    • Prepare accurate and detailed consultation summaries and meeting recordings, highlighting key discussion points and action items.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Client Engagement & Outreach:
    • Conduct targeted cold calls to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
    • Follow up with leads who have previously enquired but not proceeded with a booking or consultation, providing tailored solutions and support.
    • Identify and engage with potential clients who were unable or did not successfully book a consultation, offering alternative solutions and follow-up support.
  • Backup Admin Support (as needed):
    • Greet clients warmly and professionally, responding to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Book and confirm client consultations and meetings, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination.
    • Assist lawyers and legal assistants with creating new electronic files and maintaining up-to-date records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
    • Follow up with clients for appointments and next steps, providing clear instructions and reminders as needed.
    • Perform basic reconciliation of bank accounts and client invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Support other administrative tasks and internal coordination efforts, contributing to a seamless and efficient work environment.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop engaging content, including articles, presentations, and social media posts, showcasing our expertise and services.
    • Assist with other marketing-related tasks as required, supporting the development of targeted campaigns and initiatives.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
    • A friendly, approachable demeanor, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
    • Natural people skills, enabling effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Prior experience in sales, client service, or lead generation, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Ability to handle cold calls confidently and professionally, with a keen sense of adaptability and resilience.
    • Good common sense and sound judgment, essential for making informed decisions and navigating complex situations.
    • Reliability, punctuality, and high levels of organisation, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Comfortable working independently without micromanagement, taking initiative and accountability for results.
    • Proficiency in computer systems, software applications, and digital tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
    • Typing skills, basic word processing, and cloud-based tool navigation, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
    • Able to learn and adapt to new software, processes, and procedures, embracing ongoing training and development.
    • Familiarity with calendars, emails, PDFs, and basic spreadsheets, with a focus on productivity and time management.
    • Familiarity with major social media platforms for basic operations and content posting, leveraging online channels for engagement and growth.
