You should have a proven track record of managing review site strategy, case studies, or reference programs, as well as experience communicating with global clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage client communication programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate key updates
  • Lead the development of client case studies and manage the client reference and testimonial database
  • Oversee online presence on review platforms and develop processes to collect client reviews
  • Contribute to creating a global client community experience through curated content, forums, and events
