About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving business outreach to healthcare professionals in the US. You will work closely with partners to onboard doctors, identify new leads, and nurture accounts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provider Outreach & Prospecting: Execute daily outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to target prescribers, personalize communications, and log activity updates in CRM systems.
  • Account Management & Follow-Up: Monitor assigned accounts for prescription activity, follow up with providers, and ensure consistent engagement with both new and existing prescribers.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and outcomes in CRM systems and submit weekly progress reports to management.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or a similar SDR/account management role.
  • Excellent English communication skills with U.S. healthcare professionals.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and outreach tools.

This role is mission-critical in driving outreach and consistent account management to ensure strong engagement and follow-through. Success in the first 30 days means learning the tools, consistently emailing accounts, and securing prescriber meetings.

You will be reporting directly to our partners, working closely with them to onboard doctors, identify new leads, and nurture accounts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CRM software and outreach tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
