Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Verification Support Agent in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm the interest of submitted leads through contact and engagement.
  • Forward qualified inquiries to relevant retailers ensuring seamless communication.
  • Accurately update and categorize leads within our system to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive customer information.
  • Apply customer satisfaction strategies to deliver a positive experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on client products and services to provide expert support.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages).
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or Marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of successful lead communication and follow-up.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and responsible work ethic.
  • A personal laptop or computer with 8Gb of RAM and stable internet connection for remote work.

Nice to Have: Previous experience working with luxury brands can be beneficial.
