Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills who can:

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Analyze customer concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues to relevant teams as needed
  • Provide information about our products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (old curriculum) or a senior high school diploma (new curriculum)
  • No prior BPO experience necessary, but having some would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities
  • A valid NBI clearance and SSS number available before starting training
