Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities.
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Excellent knowledge of the German market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
