Job Overview

The Digital Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in our marketing agency, blending leadership and coaching skills to drive client success.

This key hire will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their growth, improving internal systems, and helping them scale their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Coaching
    • Develop strategic plans with clients to boost lead follow-up, closing techniques, and general business growth
    • Offer guidance to drive client accountability and results
  • Operational Leadership
    • Liaise between clients and the media buying team to ensure alignment and execution
    • Build and improve client systems using Go High Level CRM
    • Track and log all client interactions for transparency and follow-through
  • Strategic Support
    • Help clients understand marketing concepts and convert leads into paying customers
    • Analyze performance data and provide insights to clients and internal teams
    • Potentially assist with recruiting and onboarding future hires as the agency scales
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in operations management or customer success
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent command of English; familiarity with Western business culture
  • Business-savvy with the ability to coach entrepreneurs in various fields
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote environment
  • Experience with Go High Level CRM is required

Familiarity with Facebook ads and digital lead generation is necessary for this position.
