Logistics Customer Service Manager Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with leadership experience in customer support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer service operations and improving team performance.

The Customer Support Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the customer service team, including training, coaching, and performance management. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics. They will also have a strong understanding of customer service software and CRM systems, with proficiency in Zendesk being a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing customer support agents.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and guide professional development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment that motivates employees to deliver exceptional customer service.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in customer support management within a service-oriented industry.
  • Experience in managing multiple teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with performance management, feedback, and employee development.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems, with proficiency in Zendesk required.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position working from home. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and manage their time effectively in a remote work environment.
