We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Champion who excels in meeting customer expectations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering customer questions, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining good relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond to comments and community member queries in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Stay informed about product specifications so you can answer questions effectively.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the customer experience, increase engagement, and activity.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
  • Identify and remove spam, scammers, and inappropriate content from our Discord server.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Intercom.
  • Ability to navigate community management tools like Telegram and Discord.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
