
Highly Successful Client Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to join our team, focused on delivering exceptional support to our largest enterprise client. This role will work closely with the Enterprise Client Success Manager to ensure consistent, high-quality interactions that strengthen relationships and drive retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily communications for the largest client, responding promptly to requests and needs.
- Partner with the Client Success Manager to execute account strategy and meet performance objectives.
- Monitor account data and performance metrics; create and modify account-specific reports.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in Mountain Standard Time Zone hours (8am–5pm).
- Consistent access to high-speed internet and reliable equipment (laptop with camera and audio).
- 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience (Enterprise SaaS or services preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; proactive and with a sense of urgency.
- Healthy work-life balance culture.
- 6 sick days per year.
- 20 days of PTO annually.
The interview process will consist of a 30-minute call with our Head of People, a take-home exercise, and two rounds of interviews with our Client Support Manager and Director of Client Success & Operations.
