Client Success Operations Role

The Client Success Operations Coordinator will play a vital part in supporting the Client Success team by managing administrative tasks, creating landing pages, setting up campaigns in Salesforce, and developing client-facing reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Client Success colleagues to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Establish and maintain programs in Salesforce, ensuring precise data entry.
  • Create and edit landing pages in Unbounce.
  • Develop client-facing reports using Infogram.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and analyzing lists for proposal development.
  • Generate custom ad hoc reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • A quick learner who is eager to become an expert on B2B marketing strategy and programs.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively during U.S. business hours.
  • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet connection.
