Enterprise Client Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Client Success Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across all enterprise-level accounts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be proactive in identifying and addressing client needs, and will possess a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily communications with clients, responding quickly to their requests, questions, and needs.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings and provide guidance on account strategy and performance objectives.
  • Review and analyze account data and performance metrics to ensure smooth management of day-to-day client order experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive corrective actions for enterprise clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to consistently work in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (USA) - hours are 8am - 5pm.
  • Consistent access to high-speed internet and reliable equipment.
  • At least 2 years of client-facing or account support experience, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS or services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A strong sense of urgency and proactivity.
