Portfolio Accountant Manager


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Accountant Manager to oversee a portfolio of SME clients in Australia. This role involves delivering accounting and tax services, leading a team of junior and senior accountants, and striving for high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accounting and tax services to Australian startup and SME clients
  • Liaise with the ATO on behalf of clients
  • BAS preparation and submission
  • Tax return preparation and submission
  • Supervise and control remote bookkeeping clients
  • Advise and engage clients on various accounting and taxation matters
  • Hire, train, nurture and grow a team of accountants

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing a team servicing Australian clients
  • Experience in team management - hiring, training and nurturing ambitious accountants
  • Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients with varying scopes
  • Excellent command of client communication and delivery organisation
