Position: Operations Director (AVP) – Collections & Order Management (BPO)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Employment Type: Full-Time | Full-Onsite

We are hiring an experienced Operations Director (AVP) to lead large-scale Collections (Voice) and Order Management (Back Office) operations in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of leadership experience managing complex, multi-client programs and large teams (500+ FTEs), with a strong background in both collections compliance and back-office order processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead collections (voice) and order management (non-voice) teams across geographies.
  • Ensure performance against SLAs, client KPIs, and compliance standards (FDCPA, TCPA, etc.).
  • Drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and process improvements.
  • Manage client relationships, participate in governance meetings, and lead new account transitions.
  • Oversee financials including P&L ownership, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
  • 10+ years of BPO leadership experience in collections and order management.
  • Proven track record managing 500+ FTEs across global operations.
  • Strong client-facing skills and knowledge of BPO tools (CRM, dialers, automation, etc.).
  • Experience with US, UK, or AU clients preferred.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.
