Job Title: Administration Assistant

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Administration Assistant. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling weekly team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars effectively to ensure seamless communication and minimize scheduling conflicts.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
  • Scheduling Team Meetings: Schedule regular team meetings and manage follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Travel Planning: Plan business and personal travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Research and Communication: Conduct research, communicate with stakeholders, and set appointments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in calendar management and meeting coordination is essential.
  • Microsoft Planner Familiarity: Familiarity with Microsoft Planner task tracking is necessary.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in Shopify admin and Printful dashboard is required.
  • Organization and Problem-Solving Skills: Detail-oriented individuals with strong organization and problem-solving skills are preferred.
  • Experience with Scheduling: Experience in scheduling weekly team meetings and managing follow-ups is crucial.
  • Travel Planning Knowledge: Knowledgeable in travel planning (business and personal) is desired.
  • Research and Communication Skills: Strong research and communication skills are necessary.
  • English and Communication Skills: Excellent written English and communication skills are essential.
Bonus Skills:
  • Canva Experience: Experience using Canva or similar for simple visual updates is a plus.
  • Analytics Knowledge: Basic knowledge of analytics or performance reporting is desirable.
  • Microsoft Planner Comfort: Comfort with Microsoft Planner for task management is preferred.
