We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Executive Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders and clients, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and making travel arrangements.
- Manage a team of at least 15 FTEs, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide input on the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in a managerial role from an offshoring, shared services, or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Strong Customer Service orientation, and extensive experience in performance management and strategy development.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Must possess a strong working knowledge in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams.
