Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Publishing Coordinator to join our team. As a Publishing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development and promotion of children's books.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate book creation from concept to publication, including managing project timelines and collaborating with freelancers.
  • Review and provide feedback on drafts, organize and maintain book-related files and documentation.
  • Support promotional efforts, including basic advertising, content preparation for listings, and outreach.
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in publishing, editorial support, or project coordination in a creative field (children's publishing is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with creatives such as illustrators and writers.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Schedule & Location

Remote work environment available, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm PST.
