Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Donor Care Specialist.

This role involves providing exceptional service to supporters, understanding their needs, and advocating on behalf of children and communities in need.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior service to supporters, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded.
  • Engage with supporters to build long-term loyalty, maximise opportunities for advocacy, and contribute to achieving acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate supporter records and data, adhering to Contact Centre standards and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a consistently professional, flexible, and courteous attitude.
Requirements
  • Completion of VCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite, email, calendar, and efficient keyboard/data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering 'service excellence', building rapport with diverse individuals, and working within sales and service environments.
  • Ability to identify, analyse, and solve problems creatively when dealing with customers.
