Job Description

As a Booking Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of customer satisfaction-handling service inquiries, managing appointment bookings, and keeping systems updated. You'll juggle calls and customer needs with ease, delivering top-notch service that keeps things running smoothly.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • A Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years in college, or a 2-year Technical/Vocational course
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel is a plus but not mandatory
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking

Your Daily Tasks

  • Accept inbound and make outbound calls
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Manage bookings, schedule appointments, and respond to related inquiries
  • Accurately input data into internal systems
