Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Analyst to join our ranks. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing top-notch support to our clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in fulfilling requests and resolving issues in coordination with the internal production team as applicable. They will also be responsible for informing request status to clients and managing their expectations.

  • Assist in fulfilling requests and resolving issues in coordination with the internal production team as applicable.
  • Inform request status to client and manage their expectations.
  • Create a positive client support experience and build strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating progress promptly, and handling clients with a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance work involving updating and uploading website contents and assets; monitor live systems and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
  • Develop working knowledge on live systems.
  • Communicate with internal senior management periodically on client implementation status updates.
  • Evaluate requirements of end users for change requests or within the scope of maintenance contracts in collaboration with the project management team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and partners.
  • Handle the dedicated deployment for systems rollout, including direct coordination with brands and stores, ensuring smooth onboarding and providing initial support.
Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year business or IT course; fresh grads are welcome.
  • Diligent

  • With pleasing personality
  • Has good written and spoken English
  • Has great attention to detail and is easy to train
  • Candidates with experience in support for system deployment or digital transformation projects is a plus.
