Job Title: HR Systems Integration Specialist

Job Description:

This role focuses on supporting the integration of HR systems to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday and other HRIS systems, as well as a strong background in technical skills such as REST APIs, Java, R/Python, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integrations for bi-directional data exchange between HR systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and SOX.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents processes.
  • Provide production support and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years' experience with HR systems, processes, integrations/data, and analytics.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • University degree in a STEM or HR field.
  • Experience in cloud-based integrations.
  • Technical skills such as REST APIs, Java, R/Python, and SQL.
