Satisfy your passion for infrastructure technology and transform the built environment as a Deployment & Activation Coordinator in our live data team.

You will deploy the Willow platform for customers, helping them understand how to operate and optimize their building systems. Your expertise in Fault Detection and Diagnostics will be instrumental in mapping and tagging assets.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all project stages, including Pre-Integrations, Discovery, IoT Integrations, Data Acquisition, and Data Tagging (Classification and 3D Geometry Modelling).
  2. Support various teams through knowledge sharing, training, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
  3. Review project documentation and produce diagrams like network topologies.
  4. Perform data tagging and skill activation across multiple sites, ensuring data accuracy through quality assurance reviews.
  5. Analyze data via our platform's frontend, database, or API, and compare it with other applications.
  6. Maintain the highest quality and accuracy of all collected and transmitted data.
  7. Create building digital twins for Activate Technology analytics.
  8. Partner with other teams to support customer discovery sessions and workshops to define scope and requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Automation Services or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred but not required.
  • A strong understanding of building systems such as HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering, IT/OT/IoT devices, and security technologies.
  • Fault Detection & Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills in Building Automation/Energy Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation like network topology, wiring diagrams, points lists, manuals, and system descriptions.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel or MS SQL.
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop skills in Fault Detection & Diagnostics technologies.
