HRIS System Specialist Role Summary

This role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and enhance employee data management. The successful candidate will have expertise in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting HRIS systems, as well as providing exceptional support to HR teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday. They should also be proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring accurate data processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide exceptional support to HR teams, resolving system issues and answering queries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using HRIS system capabilities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on configuration experience.
  • Proven experience supporting HRIS systems, particularly in Workday configuration.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of HRIS system functionality, including data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in HRIS system customization and configuration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
