Overview

We are looking for an AI Integration & Automation Engineer who will not only integrate AI chatbots into group chats (Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, etc.), but also help set up, run, and maintain backend systems for current and future versions of our projects. The role is ideal for a technically skilled engineer who enjoys building practical AI-powered solutions and can troubleshoot deployment pipelines (GitHub, Render, Docker, or similar).

Key Responsibilities


• Chatbot Integrations: Set up and connect AI chatbots to communication channels (Slack, Discord, Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) using APIs, webhooks, or middleware.


• Backend Deployment & Maintenance: Assist in deploying and maintaining services on platforms like Render, Vercel, AWS, or Docker containers.


• Automation Development: Write scripts and integrations (Python, , etc.) to connect AI tools with business workflows.


• Version Management: Support versioning, upgrades, and testing of future builds.


• Security & Reliability: Ensure integrations and deployments follow best practices for authentication, security, and uptime.


• Documentation & Handover: Provide clear documentation so non-technical users can operate or maintain the system.

Qualifications


• Programming: Strong in Python, , or similar.


• APIs & Integrations: Hands-on experience with Slack API, Discord API, Microsoft Teams API, or equivalent.


• Deployment Skills: Knowledge of deploying apps via GitHub Actions, Render, Vercel, Docker, or AWS.


• Automation Tools: Familiarity with webhooks, REST APIs, and tools like Zapier/Make (nice to have).


• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot issues in real time and propose practical fixes.
