Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our Service Desk Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide first/second line technical support for all incidents, service requests, tasks and change requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email or in-person support.
  • Resolve user queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior technicians or external vendors as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software and networking fundamentals.
