Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Customer Ticketing Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing our customer ticketing process, providing technical assistance, and ensuring seamless communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer tickets efficiently, utilizing problem-solving and process improvement techniques.
Handle data and configurations using JSON to optimize our ticketing process.
Provide technical support to the current cohort during periods of low ticket volume.
Respond to customer inquiries via email when necessary, utilizing excellent written communication skills.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing ticketing systems or similar customer support processes.
Strong working knowledge of JSON and ability to handle data and configurations effectively.
Excellent written communication skills for clear email correspondence.
Ability to work independently and adapt during periods of low ticket volume.
