This position involves working as an L1 Service Desk Analyst at HCLTech, where you will be required to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

The role includes opening, logging, prioritizing, assigning, and closing tickets in the IT Service Desk, querying users for relevant information, and attempting to resolve inquiries over the phone. You must be able to communicate effectively with users and colleagues using various communication tools.

We are looking for candidates who can work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions. You will also be responsible for escalating tickets not resolvable by the service desk and providing status updates to users.
